At Loop Consulting Group, we believe that a company's operating model is the invisible architecture that dictates its success or failure. Founded by Daniel Marsi and Troy Cardoso-Vigors — two former C-suite executives with over 40 years of combined experience — our firm was established with a singular mission: to help mid-market and enterprise companies design, optimise, and scale their operations with precision.
Daniel led as Chief Executive Officer across finance, lending, sales and operations, building and optimising mortgage aggregation and distribution businesses in highly regulated, fast-moving commercial environments. Troy served as Chief People Officer and senior executive across infrastructure, construction, government, telco and technology, leading large-scale organisational design, workforce transformation and change programs.
Different industries. Different disciplines. But the same problem kept surfacing: fast-growing companies frequently hit an execution wall — not because of poor strategy, but because their underlying operating model could no longer support their ambition. The strategy was usually sound. The operating model wasn't built to deliver it.
Loop exists to close that gap. We partner with business owners, founders, CEOs and executive teams to redesign how their business runs: structure, decision-making, accountability, performance and the rhythm of execution. We work alongside your leadership team, not above it. Every engagement is led by us personally, focused on practical outcomes that stick long after we leave the room.
Our proprietary framework — the OP3 Methodology™ — is the foundation of every engagement. It is a systematic, three-phase approach to diagnosing operational bottlenecks, designing a scalable architecture, and implementing changes that align leadership, structure, and performance metrics. Unlike theoretical consulting frameworks, OP3 is built from lived experience: every phase reflects decisions our founders have personally made in the C-suite.
The three phases are Orientate (diagnose the current state and identify where execution is failing), Plan (design the target operating model with clear decision rights and accountability frameworks), and Perform (implement the new model and embed the behaviours, systems, and rhythms required to sustain it). The result is not a theoretical deck — it is a business that runs differently.
Unlike traditional consulting firms that deliver recommendations and leave, Loop BC is built by former operators. We have sat in the C-suite, managed the P&L, and driven the transformations ourselves. Our advice is grounded in commercial reality, and our implementations are designed for immediate, measurable impact. We do not observe and recommend — we embed and deliver.
Every engagement is led personally by Daniel or Troy. We do not hand off to junior consultants. When we partner with a business, you work directly with the people who have done this before — across infrastructure, telecommunications, financial services, technology, government, and professional services.
An operating model is the blueprint for how an organisation delivers value. It encompasses the organisational structure, processes, technology, governance, and culture required to execute the company's strategy. While a business model defines what value you create, an operating model defines how you create it.
Organisational structure (the org chart) is just one component of an operating model. An operating model also includes the management systems, accountability frameworks, decision rights, and operational processes that connect the people on the org chart. Focusing only on structure without addressing the broader operating model rarely solves execution issues.
Common symptoms include: cross-functional silos, slow decision-making, lack of clear accountability, strategy failing to translate into execution, and executive teams spending too much time resolving operational disputes rather than focusing on growth. If your leadership team is working harder but the business is not moving faster, the operating model is likely the constraint.
The OP3 Methodology™ is Loop Consulting Group's proprietary framework for business transformation. It provides a structured, phased approach to diagnosing operational bottlenecks, designing a scalable architecture, and implementing changes that align leadership, structure, and performance metrics. The three phases are Orientate, Plan, and Perform.
The timeline varies based on the size and complexity of the organisation. A comprehensive diagnostic and design phase typically takes 4 to 8 weeks. The implementation and change management phase can span 3 to 6 months, ensuring that the new systems and structures are fully embedded into the company culture.
We work across technology, financial services, infrastructure, telecommunications, healthcare, government, professional services, and logistics. Our founders bring direct executive experience across these sectors, which means our recommendations are grounded in the specific commercial and regulatory realities of each industry.
Former CEO and CPO. We embed and deliver, not observe and recommend.
We build structures and install rhythms that change how the business runs.
Our OP3 Methodology™: Process, People, Performance. Clear, repeatable, proven.
Every change ties back to margin, cost discipline, revenue and execution speed.
